Final Euro 2012 qualifier next week (11/10) will be a special moment for some players. International Centurion Awards will be given to players who have UEFA reaching 100 caps for their respective national teams.
Iker Casillas
Some players who will get the award is Iker Casillas and Xavi Hernandez with their respective caps as much as 124 and 103. They will receive it when the Spanish national team's last game against Scotland in Euro 2012 qualifiers.
Andoni Zubizarreta
Their senior Andoni Zubizarreta and Raul Gonzalez also will receive the award, Zubizarreta record 126 caps while Raul with 102 caps. On the other hand, Iker Casillas will be able to match or even pass Zubizarreta senior caps for Casillas will certainly be a starting line-up during the last two games with his Spanish team in Euro 2012 qualifiers. Even the future, he is still likely to be number 1 goalkeeper in Spain so that caps it will continue to grow.

Gianluigi Buffon
Another player who will get the award is Gianluigi Buffon (Italy), Dejan Stankovic (Serbia), Giorgios Karagounis (Greece). Also football star who is now retired as Luis Figo (Portugal), Hakan Sukur (Turkey) and Karel Poborsky (Czech Republic).
Michel Platini
"I think the award is a fantastic idea. Players who have played a hundred times or more deserving of the honor for his country in the world of football," said the former Juventus star who now serves as President of UEFA Michel Platini on the official website of the organization.
