Samuel Eto'o again getting into trouble due to absence of Cameroon's national team

Samuel Eto'o must be willing to be interviewed in Yaounde, Cameroon on Monday (12/12) yesterday aftermath of the absence of the Cameroon team friendly against Algeria in Algiers last month.

Algeria asked for compensation of one million dollars to Cameroon after a team nicknamed the Lion of the Desert does not appear to compete on 15 November.

The Cameroon starter refused to go to Algeria after their request to receive a bonus equal to 762 Euros each player failed to be met by the Cameroon Football Federation.

After an interview with the Cameroon Football Federation disciplinary committee, Eto'o, who served as team captain, said: "The most important thing for me and my teammates is the need we included in the discussion of the game."

"We'll come along with proof and we will wait for what will be discussed with us."

"We do not strengthen the squad for the purpose of getting money. We play because we love with our country," he concluded.
